Through social listening, I discovered a recurring concern in their TikTok comments about strap length for tall customers. I addressed this directly by creating a comparison video showcasing the product on both a 6′ and 5′1″ model, demonstrating its versatility across different heights.

One trend, one hook
We paired a trending sound with a text hook that positioned the shop as a hidden gem worth discovering. The combination helped the video reach beyond our existing audience, with 97% of views coming from the For You page and 1,219 saves from people interested in visiting.
